The ability to improvise with his athleticism and make something from nothing was maybe probably the most intriguing of Kaepernick's abilities for the 49ers.
Among the eye-popping performs that impressed Baalke on movie coincidentally came in San Francisco at the Battle Hunger Bowl against Boston School: Kaepernick drops back again, appears left, appears correct, then fires a pass more than the center to his tight finish streaking across the center as five gamers -- both safeties and all 3 linebackers -- converge on the perform, tucking the ball into a tight seam for a critical completion.
Whilst some may phone it a poor decision to throw into 5 defenders, Baalke saw it as being a gutsy move the 49ers need their quarterback to complete within the face of stress.
"Do I would like him generating that throw? Completely," Baalke stated. "I want a man that's confident sufficient to throw it in to the defense."
The 49ers don't strategy to tinker with Kaepernick's considerably unconventional delivery, which is between a sidearm and over-the-top motion. Baalke equated it to the various styles of golf swings or batting stances that may be efficient in their own ways.

Using the NFL lockout already canceling some offseason routines, the transition from school may only be much more complex for players within this offseason of uncertainty.
Just a few veterans received playbooks during the short time the lockout was lifted a couple of weeks in the past, and also the relaxation may have to seek out copies from teammates or fend for on their own to find out new coach Jim Harbaugh's system.
"The lockout has definitely produced some hurdles," Baalke said. "The new coaching employees, new terminology. But hurdles need to be conquer. And we'll discover a way to get over them and clear them."
